ONLINE PERMIT
APPLICATION PROCESS

Prepare Necessary Documents:

Gather all required documents, including:
  • Valid ID (photocopy)
  • Permits for drone use, fireworks, or road closures (if applicable)

Submit an Application Form

Fill-out and submit an application form for Free-of-charge activities and attach required documents. After reviewing your details, click the Submit button and a confirmation message will display along with you Unique Code for Tracking of your application.

Wait for Review

An officer will check the details of your request. You’ll receive an email notification when the review is complete or if additional information is needed.

04

Receive Your Permit

A digital copy of the permit will be sent to your email. If required, you can pick up a physical copy from the NPDC office at The Old Planetarium Rizal Park, Luneta.

Small Activities

  • Permits for drone use, fireworks, or road closures (if applicable)

Fill Out the Online Application Form

Complete the online form for small activities and submit required documents and requirements.

Submit Application

After reviewing your details, click the Submit button and a confirmation message will display along with you Unique Code for Tracking of your application.

Initial Review

You’ll receive an email notification when the review is complete or if additional information is needed.

Fee Assessment (If applicable)

You’ll receive an email with the ff:
  • Assessment number and breakdown of fees.
  • An online payment link redirected to Link.biz portal.
Note: If you don’t see the email, check your spam/junk folder.

Payment (If applicable)

Pay the assessed fees on Link.biz portal using the provided link and send the payment confirmation email (e-OR) directly to mbds@npdc.gov.ph.
Note: If you prefer an in-person payment, visit the NPDC office at The Old Planetarium Rizal Park, Luneta.

Big Events and Use of Venue for Reception

Prepare Necessary Documents:

Gather all required documents, including:
  • Valid ID (photocopy)
  • Catering contract (if applicable)
  • Event layout/plan
  • Security and safety plan
  • Concept/storyboard/script (for photo/video shoots)
  • Permits for drone use, fireworks, or road closures (if applicable)
  • Notification letters for affected establishments nearby (if applicable).

Submit a Letter of Intent

In the booking page, write a formal letter addressed to the Executive Director specifying the event details, such as the type of event, date, venue, and expected number of attendees.

Wait for Initial Review

An officer will check the availability of the venue and evaluate the details of your request. If approved, they will proceed in processing your application. Expect an email from the office if further documents is needed to process your application.

Fee Assessment (if applicable)

You’ll receive an email with the ff:
  • Assessment number and breakdown of fees.
  • An online payment link redirected to Link.biz portal.
