Presidential Proclamation No. 439, series of 2003 declares the month of May of every year as the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 (NHM) to emphasize the importance of preserving and promoting the Philippines’ rich cultural heritage. With this, #𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐀𝐭𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 proudly brings you the following line-up of performances that will showcase the best of Filipino artistry in music:
