Ipagmalaki Natin, Dangal ng Ating Kulturang HAbi mula sa MAyamang KAsaysayan (INDAK HAMAKA)

The Municipality of Taytay, Rizal’s premier dance group, INDAK Hamaka Dance Company, will take center stage in Concert at the Park this Sunday, 03 December 2023. The program titled, “Pagmaya: Pagbangon, Pagkakaisa, Pagpapatuloy starts at 6:00 p.m. at the Rizal Park Open Air Auditorium. Admission is free. 🎶

The Indak Hamaka Dance Company is committed to promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of the Municipality of Taytay and its flourishing garments industry through its colorful performances. The group was established by Mr. Cesar Salonga IV and Mr. Ricardo Dominguez, Jr. in 2015 and endorsed to the Late Punong Barangay Engr. Joselito T. Calderon as part of the “Musikolars” program of Barangay Sta. Ana in Taytay, upon the appointment of Mr. Salonga as the Barangay Tourism Officer. Following the untimely demise of PB Calderon in 2020, the group was adopted by then Punong Barangay of Dolores, and now incumbent Mayor Allan De Leon of Taytay, Rizal.
