The monthly #StopandSalute Flag Raising Ceremony will celebrate Rizal Month by virtue of Proclamation No. 126, s. 2001 to honor Dr. Jose Rizal’s martyrdom. The program will also recognize Olympian pole vaulter, EJ Obiena. See you on 04 December 2023, 8:00 am. This flag-raising ceremony is open to the public.
The “Stop and Salute” Flag Ceremony is a monthly program of the National Parks Development Committee and Salute To A Clean Flag Movement, in cooperation with the Department of Tourism – Philippines, National Historical Commission of the Philippines, Armed Forces of the Philippines, and other government and private organizations.
