Calling all eco-warriors!

Join us in the first PARKonversations Live! this 30 January 2023, Monday, as we celebrate National Zero Waste Month.

Resource Speaker Ms. Joanna Mae D. Norcio-Ricafort, EnP. of the City of Manila – Department of Public Services will discuss the salient points of the Republic Act 9003 also referred to as the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act of 2000. The discussion will also include sharing of best practices on solid waste management by the City of Manila and the National Parks Development Committee (NPDC).

PARKonversations is NPDC’s first online project born at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, as part of the celebration of NPDC’s 60th founding anniversary, the project is brought to you live in order for PARKonversations to connect more and make the topic relatable for the audience.

Happening on 30 January 2023, Monday, 2:30 p.m. at the Japanese Garden, Rizal Park Luneta, admission is FREE! Participants will also receive a copy of their e-certificates.
