Experience: | Preferably with one (1) year experience in handling HRIS software but not required |

Eligibility | Preferably with Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility but not required |
Skills | Proficiency in Programming Languages such as such Apache Tomcat, NetBeans, and MySQL; Has excellent problem-solving skills; Has good logical thinking and algorithmic understanding; Attention to Detail; Has the ability to debug and troubleshoot code efficiently; Good in both oral and written communication; and Can work under minimal supervision |
POSITION DESCRIPTION – Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in addressing any technical queries or issues raised by end-users during the initial phase of implementation of HRIS;
- Identifies and communicates technical problems, processes and solutions;
- Prepares reports, manuals, and other documentation that provide information on the status, operation, and maintenance of the HRIS software;
- Assists in testing the HRIS software code;
- Assists in the collection and documentation of user requirements and translates them into software requirements; and
- Performs any other related work or tasks as required by the division or immediate supervisor to support the division’s objectives and operations.
