QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: At least a graduate of a two-year course
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training At least four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility None required
Skills Computer literate; Knowledgeable with the MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access applications; and Familiar with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and Government Accounting Manual (GAM)

POSITION DESCRIPTION – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists in releasing, receiving, and filing of documents;
  • Assists in the preparation of Requisition and Issue Slip, Purchase Request/Job Order Request;
  • Assists in the conduct of market study;
  • Assists in the preparation of Request for Quotation;
  • Assists in the transfer of accountabilities of the NPDC personnel;
  • Assists and coordinates with the end-users and Inspectors regarding the delivery of items;
  • Assists in the disposal activities;
  • Encodes, maintains, and updates databases; and
  • Performs other related works as required.
