Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as an Executive Assistant to the Executive Director and the Deputy Executive Director in their various meetings and commitments and as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners and manages the information flow in a timely and accurate manner.

20% | Prepares information for internal and external communication – memoranda, emails, PowerPoint presentations and reports. |
10% | Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners. |
15% | Assists the Executive Director or the Deputy Executive Director on their various meetings, agendas and commitments. |
10% | Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner. |
5% | Manages executives’ calendars and set up meetings. |
10% | Prepares minutes of the meeting. |
10% | Develops and maintains an accurate filing system. |
10% | Compiles, copy, sorts, files, consolidates records/documents and communication of the office. |
10% | Performs duties as maybe assigned from time to time. |
