QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience: Preferably with at least one (1) year relevant experience but not required
Training At least four (4) hours of relevant training (Administrative Support / Customer Service)
Eligibility None required
Skills Computer literate; Good in both oral and written communication; Well-organized; Can handle client inquiries; Can work under pressure with minimal supervision; Excellent Client Coordinating Skills; and Willing to work for extended hours (due to events)

POSITION DESCRIPTION – Duties and Responsibilities

  • In-charge of the administrative and clerical work of the section;
  • Does filing and sorting of permits, requests, reports, feedback forms, and others;
  • Provides recommendations and inputs in crafting updated policies and terms and conditions for the use of park facilities;
  • Provide assistance in handling park permit inquiries/concerns;
  • Processing of permit for clients and concessionaires; and
  • Performs other related functions.
