Skills

Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains Subsidiary Ledgers of Inventory Accounts such as but not limited to Office Supplies Inventory, Accountable Forms, Plates and Stickers Inventory, Construction Materials Inventory and Other Supplies and Materials Inventory.
  • Prepares working paper for Supplies Ledger Card and participates in physical count of inventories.
  • Assists the Executive Director or the Deputy Executive Director on their various Maintains Subsidiary Ledgers of Mandatory Deductions Accounts such as but not limited to Due to GSIS, Due to Pag-IBIG and Due to PhilHealth.
  • Prepares working paper for deductions and remittances of GSIS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth.
  • Maintains Subsidiary Ledgers of Expense Accounts such as but not limited to Personnel Services, Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses and Non-cash Expenses.
  • Does other related duties.
