QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Preferably High School Graduate or Vocational or Completed Apprenticeship
Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in plumbing works on open public spaces
Training None required
Eligibility None required
Skills Plumbing repairs, installation of plumbing fixtures, construction skills, and knowledge in use of hand and power tools

POSITION DESCRIPTION – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installs, maintains and repairs of irrigation system, waterlines, plumbing system, drainage system, pipes and fixtures;
  • Troubleshoots, repairs and maintains alternative water supply of the parks;
  • Inspects and tests irrigation, waterline and plumbing systems for safety, functionality;
  • Troubleshoots and resolves problems and identifies appropriate tools and materials for repair;
  • Provision of water supply and assistance to projects and events held within the parks;
  • Accomplishes daily updates and accomplishment reports / ISO checklist; and
  • Performs other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.
