QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience: None required
Training At least four (4) hours of relevant training (e.g. Training on how to be an efficient Executive Assistant, Training on Complete Staff Work and Personality Development)
Eligibility Preferably with Career Service Sub-Professional but not required
Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be able to write various content formats Must be able to edit and proofread copy Computer literate, MS Office proficient, Tech Savvy Good in both oral and written communication Can do multitasking Can work under minimal supervision

POSITION DESCRIPTION – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares information for internal and external communication – memoranda, office order, emails, PowerPoint presentations, and reports.
  • Edit and proofread communication materials.
  • Assists the Executive Director or the Deputy Executive Director on their various meetings, agendas, and commitments.
  • Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepares minutes of the meeting.
  • Develops and maintains an accurate filing system.
  • Prepares administrative, financial, and procurement documents for the Office of the Executive Director
  • Compiles, copies, sorts, files, consolidates records/documents, and communication of the office.
  • Performs duties as may be assigned from time to time.
