Position Description

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

Does effective implementation of property and supply management pursuant to government regulations and standards.

Percentage of Working Time Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
30% Monitors and updates the Status of Procurement activities

Prepares Request for Quotation and sends it to at least three (3) suppliers.

Receives quotations and proposals from suppliers sent via electronic mail or physical delivery.

Prepares Abstract of Quotation and Purchase Order/Job Order.

Sends the scanned approved PO/JO through email to the supplier for conformity and maintains an electronic file of successful procurement contracts.

20% Coordinates with the suppliers through phone call, email or in personal.

Responds to inquiries regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing information.

Assists in the acceptance of deliveries.

Assists in the conduct of market research for PRs of the Administrative Division.

15% Records the incoming and outgoing documents; filing of documents
15% Submits (1) certified true copy of contracts and its supporting documents to COA within five (5) calendar days, (2) inspection and acceptance report and (3) other pertinent documents.
10% Assists in the inventory taking and disposal activities.
5% Prepares and updates Inventory and Inspection Report of Unserviceable Property (IIRUP).
5% Performs other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
