Position Description
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)
Assists in organizing training programs for NPDC employees and assists with various HR functions.
Percentage of Working Time | Statement of Duties and Responsibilities |
20% | Assists in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and other learning events by scheduling venues, arranging equipment, and ensuring necessary materials are prepared and available. |
10% | Facilitates participant registration processes, including collecting registration forms, maintaining participant databases, and responding to inquiries regarding training programs. |
10% | Prepares training materials such as handouts, presentations, and training manuals by printing, copying, and organizing materials as needed. |
10% | Maintains accurate records of training activities, including attendance records, evaluations, and feedback forms. |
10% | Serves as a point of contact for training-related inquiries, communicates training schedules and updates to participants and trainers, and coordinates communication between various stakeholders involved in training programs. |
10% | Provides general administrative support to the Human Resource Section, including filing documents, processing payment for the learning service provider, procuring meals, and assisting with budget tracking. |
10% | Drafts communication/ memoranda/ office circulars/ replies to various queries that involve interpretation of rules and regulations regarding personnel development (e.g. Memoranda relative to the conduct of onsite and online trainings, Memorandum HR and PIF to request for payment of honoraria for Resource Speaker and/or Learning Service Provider, Memorandum OED directing participants to attend various trainings). |
10% | Assists the personnel in charge of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Performance Management, and Records Management. |
10% | Performs other related tasks analogous to the position. |
