Position Description
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)
Assists on collecting and depositing the income. Assists on the preparation, maintaining and updating documents, records and reports required for collections and deposits.
Percentage of Working Time | Statement of Duties and Responsibilities |
10% | Assists on the collection of payment and issuance of Official Receipt to various clients. |
10% | Prepares Deposit Slips for submission to Landbank (101 Account). |
10% | Updates Cash Receipt Record (101 Account). |
10% | Prepares Report of Collections and Deposit (101 Account) on or before the deadline to Accounting Section. |
10% | Prepares and submits Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms (RAAF) to Commission on Audit. |
10% | Drafts various communications. |
10% | Prepares tabulation of feedback/ satisfaction rating of the section. |
10% | Prepares documents e.g. enrollment pertaining to Landbank of the Philippines systems and compliances. |
10% | Scans, maintains and updates e-records pertaining to Collections and Deposits. |
5% | Sorts and files documents accordingly. |
5% | Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. |
