Position Description

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

To provide the Agency with someone in charge of management systems improvement functions.

Percentage of Working Time Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
30% Identifies potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization’s operations and/or processes and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.
30% Plans and executes audit procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with regulations, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
30% Recommends opportunities for process improvement on the agency’s processes in collaboration with units concerned on quality management system, based on audit findings and best practices
5% Creates and maintains a database for datasets related to park development projects.
4% Provides assistance in the conduct and facilitation of annual and mid-year planning and budgeting conference and related activities.
1% Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
