Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)
Manages the Park Support Section in their respective area of assignment specifically on the operation, repair, and maintenance of the Fountain, Falls, and Lagoons Section, MRF Operations, garbage collections, and Janitorial Services (offices, CRs, buildings & facilities under Grounds Support Unit, and repair and maintenance of equipment under Motorpool Unit.

30% | Exercises the general supervision of all personnel of the Park Support Section in their respective area of assignment specifically on the operation, repair, and maintenance of the Fountain, Falls, and Lagoons Section, MRF operations, garbage collections, and Janitorial Services (offices, CRs, buildings & facilities under Grounds Support Unit, and repair and maintenance of equipment under Motorpool Unit; |
15% | Prepares budget/ project proposals, correspondences, memoranda, reports and other documents of the Park Support Section; |
15% | Prepares and collates documents related to the procurementrequirements of the Park Support Section; |
15% | Prepares and crafts proposals, designs, plans and layouts related to the Park Support Section; |
10% | Prepares, revises and updates the process flows, procedures, registries, manuals and forms of the Park Support Section; |
5% | Provides technical assistance and support to internal and external clients of the Park Support Section; |
5% | Prepares necessary procurement documents and billing requirements for the assigned outsourced service providers and monitors their compliance and performance; and |
5% | Performs other related tasks and duties. |
