QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Preferably College graduate
Experience: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in administrative works
Training Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility None required but preferably with Career Service (Sub- Professional) / First Level Eligibility
Skills Well-versed in the use of Microsoft Software applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel); Knowledgeable in Google application and other online platforms; Proficient in the use of the Filipino (Tagalog) and English language; Ability to work under pressure; dedicated and hardworking; willingness and eagerness to learn; Leadership, sense of teamwork, flexibility and adaptability; and Capable of performing multi-tasking jobs as required.

Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs the task of the Division’s Budget officer who monitor and track the budgets to be utilized and projects to be implemented by the division;
  • Assists in the preparation of budget-related documents and files of the Park Operations Division;
  • Performs administrative works in terms of receiving and releasing of documents to other Divisions and other concerned personnel from other agencies/service providers;
  • Assists in the preparation of meeting presentations, and minutes of the meeting of the Park Operations Division; and preparation of overtime requests for all the Division’s personnel;
  • Performs the task of the Document Custodian who handles the creation, and revision of ISO forms and manuals as needed, filing of ISO documents and ensuring that the division’s documents are properly delegated to the appropriate individuals in accordance with the instructions and directives of the Assistant Division Chief and Division Chief;
  •  Assists in the preparation of documents, such as but not limited to Purchase Requests for emergency purchases and attachments for the processing of payment for service providers;
  • Assists in the preparation of logistic needs for regular maintenance works and/or events held in the park; and
  • Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned.
