Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

Monitors the operation and maintenance of Materials Recovery System, Operation and Maintenance of Fountain, Falls, and Lagoons of the Parks.

Percentage of Working Time Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
20% Undertake the maintenance and operations of fountains, falls, and lagoons of the Park;
20% Undertake operations and maintenance of Materials Recovery System;
10% Monitors and supervise the compliance of the outsourced janitorial service provider, Security service provider, and Service Provider for the maintenance and operation of the Musical Dancing fountain in Rizal Park including Medical and Emergency Response and protocols for the replacement of the Philippine flags;
30% Assists the Section Chief in the preparation of budget/project proposal, correspondences, memoranda, reports, crafting of proposal, plans, and other documents of the Park Support Section in the supervision of personnel by conducting a regular briefing and discussion;
10% Assists the Section Chief in the supervision of personnel under the Park Support Section by conducting a regular briefing and discussion;
10% Conducts proper evaluation of estimate of materials and recommends the supplies needed to be procured; and Does other related duties.
