Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform the task of the Division’s Budget officer who monitor and track the budgets to be utilized and projects to be implemented by the division.
- Assist with the Division’s PPMP preparation.
- Perform administrative works in terms of receiving and releasing of documents to other Division and other concerned personnel from other agencies/service providers;
- Preparation and/ or revision of memoranda, office orders, communication letters, endorsement letters, certifications and reports; Ensures smooth flow of communication within the division through the release of internal memoranda or instructions;
- Preparation of meeting presentations, and minutes of the meeting of the Division; and preparation of overtime requests for all the Division’s personnel.
- Perform the task of the Document Custodian who handles the creation, and revision of ISO forms and manuals as needed, filing of ISO documents and ensuring that the division’s papers are properly delegated to the appropriate individuals in accordance with Asst. Division Chief and Division Chief
- In-charge of preparation of documents such as but not limited to Purchase Requests for Emergency purchases, attachments for processing of payment to service providers
- Preparation of logistic needs for regular maintenance works and/or events held in the park.
- Participation on various committees within the agency
- Perform any other relevant duties as may be assigned
