QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: At least elementary graduate
Experience: None required but preferably with experience in event set-up and providing technical assistance in live events/projects
Training None required
Eligibility None required
Skills Can create stage design and props, Basic Welding and Carpentry Skills, Basic Interior and Outdoor Venue Decoration/Set-Up, Basic Audio and Light Operation; Can work under pressure with minimal supervision; willing to multitask; and work for extended hours (due to events)

Position Description

  • Prepares venue design and props in accordance to the theme of each event or program.
  • In-charge of the set-up/ingress and egress of props, venue design, lights, sounds and other technical and logistical requirements for all events, activities, and meetings.
  • Assists in the operation of audio, lights, and LED video wall in all NPDC events, activities and meetings.
  • Provides technical assistance in all NPDC events, activities, and meetings.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the Rizal Park Open-Air Auditorium especially the storage area for equipment and props.
  • Assists in the inventory of equipment, props, venue design, and other supplies of the Cultural and Public Affairs Division.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
