QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Completion of two-year studies in college
Experience: Preferably with at least one (1) year relevant experience but not required
Training Preferably with at least four (4) hours relevant training but not required
Eligibility Preferably with CSC Sub-Professional but not required
Skills Computer literate and knowledgeable with the MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

 

Position Description

  • In-charge of receiving and releasing of documents to the Management.
  • Maintains an efficient filing system for records, reports and other documents at the Office of the Auditor.
  • Assists the auditor in monitoring/follow-up of required documents and reports to the Management.
  • Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports of the audit team.
  • Liaises/submits reports to the OIC, Supervising Auditor and COA-Central Office and other government agencies.
  • Conducts inventory of documents for disposal of old files.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Auditor.
