QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: College Graduate
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in events management
Training Basic Social Media Management and Event Management Training
Eligibility None required
Skills Computer literate, MS Office proficient, Good in both oral and written communication, can write for events and concerts, can multi-task, and willing to work for extended hours (due to events, activities and programs)

Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Formulates topics, handles coordination and assists in the preparation related to the conduct of online and on-site events/activities
  • Prepares communication materials such as press releases, request letters, letter agreements, and other similar documents
  • Assists in managing the social media accounts of NPDC (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).
  • Performs other related functions
