Experience: | At least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry, painting and masonry works on park facilities and structures |
Training | Any seminars related to carpentry, painting and masonry works or other relevant to the job description |

Skills | Knowledge in using of hand and power tools, welding works and various aspects of construction |
Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing and maintaining various structures, fixtures, buildings and hardscape elements
- Constructs and repairs building frameworks and structures made from woods and other materials
- Installs structures and fixtures, such as windows, moldings, stairways, doorframes, partitions, cabinets, sidings, drywall and other building structure element
- Responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint to surfaces.
- Performs touch-ups and painting projects related to the maintenance of park structures or facilities.
- Inspects and replaces damaged frameworks or other structures and fixtures.
- Executes the given task of the Facilities Maintenance Section Chief with regards to the Carpentry, Masonry and Painting Concerns
- Accomplishes daily updates and accomplishment reports/ checklists.
