Duties and Responsibilities:

- Coordinates with offices to study the current office procedures and develop solutions by designing information systems that would automate business processes and transactions.
- Develops application programs for electronic data processing of business processes in accordance with the approved information systems, flow charts, and other applicable policies and guidelines.
- Updates NPDC official website, as necessary.
- Ensures security and backup of data/information stored in the existing information systems of NPDC.
- Provides assistance in the formulation and updating of the ISSP.
- Monitors and evaluates the accomplishments of Service Providers in the design and development of Information Systems based on the approved Specifications or Terms of Reference.
- Conducts training and assists users in the operation of application program.
- Assists in preparing necessary documents for training, procurement of ICT tools, equipment, supplies, etc.
- Gathers, analyzes, interprets, and presents data on park operations, programs, projects, and other activities.
- Creates and maintains a database for datasets related to park development projects.
- Recommends opportunities for improvement on the agency’s processes in collaboration with units concerned on quality management system.
- Provides assistance in the conduct and facilitation of annual and mid-year planning and budgeting conference and related activities.
- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
