Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepares and processes documents for the recruitment, selection and placement system in collaboration with the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (HRMPSB).
- Acts as a Secretariat to the HRMPSB during interviews and deliberations processes.
- Assists in the performance of staff in charge of learning and development and performance management;
- Prepares human resource, administrative, and financial reports and documents (e.g. Job Order contracts, Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Employment and Compensation, Certificate of Completion, Certificate of Actual Services Rendered, Project Procurement and Management Plan, Requisition and Issuance Slip, PowerPoint Presentation, Personnel Complement, PSIPOP, Organizational Structure, etc.)
- Processes applications for Contract of Service (COS) and On-the-Job Trainees applications and/or renewal;
- Assists in the orientation of newly hired permanent employee/s, Contract of Service (COS) and On-the-Job Trainees.
- Creates, maintains and updates databases. (e.g., List of Vacant Positions, Masterlist of Job Order, Permanent, and Separated employees, Organizational Structure/Chart etc.);
- Drafts/prepares standard forms, policies, quality procedures, and/ or guidelines, as necessary, that are compliant with the ISO Standards/ Requirements;
- Performs other related tasks analogous to the position.
