Duties and Responsibilities:

- Encodes/updates/maintains the Property and Supply Database.
- Processes transfer of properties; issuances of Property Acknowledgement Receipts and Inventory Custodian Slips.
- Coordinates discrepancies with the initiating division/ section with regards to purchase request/job order request.
- Conducts market study and prepares purchase request.
- Maintains proper documentation of all the transactions Property and Supply Section.
- Verifies date of delivery of items and follows-up undelivered items and informs suppliers regarding lacking deliveries or rejected items which need for replacement.
- Respond to inquiries regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing information etc.
- Performs other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
