Job Description

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Monitors certification of availability of fund

    • Counter checks obligation and disbursement

    • Prepares Financial Accountability Report 4 – Monthly Report of Disbursement

    • Maintains Subsidiary Ledger from Cash Account to Income Account excluding Cash Advances and Due to Accounts

    • Prepares billing to concessionaires and registered vendors

    • Monitors report of collection and deposit for the year

    • Monitors Petty Cash Fund for the year

    • Does other related duties.
