Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervises the Accounting activities
-
- Reviews and approves Disbursement Vouchers (DV) and its supporting documents
as to its validity
- Reviews and approves Disbursement Vouchers (DV) and its supporting documents

- Reviews and approves Journal Entry Vouchers (JEV), Accounting Journals, Subsidiary Ledgers (SLs), Trial Balance (TB) and Financial Statements (FS) of the agency

- Reviews and approves remittance of taxes withheld
-
- Certifies availability of funds

- Reviews and approves billing to concessionaires and registered vendors

- Performs cash management for the agency
-
- Reviews and monitors compliance to audit observations and other requirements of the Commission on Audit

- Does other related duties.
