Job Description

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receives payment and issues Official Receipt.

    • Collects payment from various clients.

    • Communicates with other agencies for various transactions. (LBP, BTr, Pag-IBIG)

    • Does the safekeeping of the daily collection.

    • Prepares and signs Remittance Advice and Deposit Slips.

    • Deposits daily collection to Landbank.

    • Maintains and submits Cash Receipt Records (CRR).

    • Prepares and submits Report of Collection and Deposit (RCD to Accounting Section.

    • Prepares and submits Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms (RAAF) to Commission on Audit.

    • Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
