Position Description

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary) Prepares Obligation Requests and Status (ORS) and other budgeting reports.

Percentage of Working Time Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
30% Reviews completeness of documents received for obligation.
30% Prepares Obligation Request and Status (ORS).
10% Prepares working papers such as but not limited to checking of Petty Cash Fund and Terminal Leave for budgeting purposes.
10% Monitors contracts entered by the NPDC.
10% Assists in the preparation of budget proposal.
10% Does other related duties.
100% TOTAL
