Position Description

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary) Conceptualizes, implements and manages in-house programs of the agency and the technical and logistical equipment needed for these programs.

Percentage of Working Time Statement of Duties and Responsibilities
25% Conceptualizes, implements and manages in-house programs of the agency and the technical and logistical equipment needed for these programs.
15% Coordinates with internal units who are involved in the planning and execution of in-house projects and programs.
15% Coordinates with all production people concerned in ensuring the smooth operation of the projects.
5% Prepares and reviews necessary reports concerning the implementation of these assigned activities.
10% Prepares communications, press releases, correspondences, and various reports.
5% Reviews recommendations on operation and maintenance of all technical and logistical equipment.
5% Manages the social media accounts of the agency.
10% Monitors budget and procurement timelines of projects and programs
10% Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
