Position Description
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary) Conceptualizes, implements and manages in-house programs of the agency and the technical and logistical equipment needed for these programs.

25% | Conceptualizes, implements and manages in-house programs of the agency and the technical and logistical equipment needed for these programs. |
15% | Coordinates with internal units who are involved in the planning and execution of in-house projects and programs. |
15% | Coordinates with all production people concerned in ensuring the smooth operation of the projects. |
5% | Prepares and reviews necessary reports concerning the implementation of these assigned activities. |
10% | Prepares communications, press releases, correspondences, and various reports. |
5% | Reviews recommendations on operation and maintenance of all technical and logistical equipment. |
5% | Manages the social media accounts of the agency. |
10% | Monitors budget and procurement timelines of projects and programs |
