Position Description
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)
Provides support in overseeing records management tasks while also contributing assistance to HR-related committees and various other human resources functions.
Percentage of Working Time | Statement of Duties and Responsibilities |
20% | Manages the proper distribution and mailing/delivery of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, circulars, memoranda, and other documents. |
20% | Maintains the database by entering, verifying, and balancing data, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. |
10% | Coordinates with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP) for the disposal of the agency's valueless records, ensuring compliance with records management regulations and guidelines. |
10% | Provides secretarial services to the Records Management Improvement Committee (RMIC), which serves as an advisory body for the development of records management practices and policies. |
10% | Drafts communications / correspondences (letter, memorandum, office order, among others), reports, QMS-related documents, certifications, etc. |
15% | Assists the personnel in charge of Recruitment, Selection, and Placement (RSP), Performance Management, and Learning and Development. |
15% | Assists the Receiving Officer in the Freedom of Information Committee (FOIC). |
10% | Performs other related tasks analogous to the position. |
