QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Graduate of any business-related programs with strong background in Accounting
Experience: At least one (1) year experience in accounting cycle, preferably but not necessary gained in any government institution
Training At least four (4) hours of relevant training (e.g. Computer Literacy, Government Accounting Manual for National Government Agencies, Updates on GSIS, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth and Tax issuances)
Eligibility None required but preferably with Career Service (Sub-Professional) / First Level Eligibility

Position Description

Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary)

  • Maintains Subsidiary Ledgers of Inventory Accounts such as but not limited to Office Supplies Inventory, Accountable Forms, Plates and Stickers Inventory, Construction Materials Inventory and Other Supplies and Materials Inventory;
  • Prepares working paper for Supplies Ledger Card;
  • Maintains Subsidiary Ledgers of Mandatory Deductions Accounts such as but not limited to Due to GSIS, Due to Pag-IBIG and Due to PhilHealth;
  • Prepares working paper for deductions and remittances of GSIS, Pag-IBIG and Philhealth;
  • Maintains Subsidiary Ledgers of Expense Accounts such as but not limited to Personnel; Services, Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses and Non-Cash Expenses; and
  • Does other related duties.
