Skills | Computer literate Knowledgeable with the MS. Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications |
POSITION DESCRIPTION (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Assists in maintaining and updating employee time and attendance records through the Human Resource Information System (HRIS);
- Consolidates the submitted Daily Time Records, Monthly Performance Monitoring Report, Monthly Overtime Accomplishment Reports, leave applications, and other PSU-related documents;
- Drafts communications / correspondences (letter, memorandum, office order, among others), QMS-related documents, Certifications, etc.;
- Assists on the processing of submitted request for Change of Regular Schedule, Request for Pass Slips, Certificate of Attendance, Request for Compensatory Time-Off;
- Assists in the registration of facial recognition/biometrics of newly hired permanent employee/s and Contract of Service (COS) in the biometrics/facial recognition machine;
- Assists during the implementation of HR-related events, programs, and activities such as but not limited to Recognition for Men and Women, Annual Physical Examination, Flu-Vaccination, Capability Building Program for NPDC Employees, Year-End Activity;
- Assists in the preparation of necessary data for the computation / implementation of employee’s compensation and benefits;
- Assists in the preparation of reports such as but not limited to Monthly Overtime Report, Monthly Report on Tardiness, Absenteeism, and Undertime, Certificate of Overtime Credits, Quarterly Individual Leave Balance;
- Addresses employee inquiries and concerns related to leaves, absences, and timekeeping policies and providing guidance on leave entitlements and procedures;
- Performs secretariat functions to HR-related committees.;
- Maintains records, reports and other pertinent documents in hard and electronic copies; and
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
