QUALIFICATION STANDARDS | |

Education: | Any 4-year business/commerce related course |
Experience: | Preferably with at least one (1) year relevant experience but not required |
Training | Preferably with at least four (4) hours relevant training but not required |
Eligibility | Preferably with Career Service Sub-Professional but not required |
Skills | Computer literate and knowledgeable with the MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications |
POSITION DESCRIPTION (Duties and Responsibilities)
- In-charge of receiving and releasing of documents to the Management.
- Maintains an efficient filing system for records, reports and other documents at the Office of the Auditor.
- Assists the auditor in monitoring/follow-up of required documents and reports to the Management.
- Assists in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports of the audit team.
- Liaises/submits reports to the OIC, Supervising Auditor and COA-Central Office and other government agencies.
- Conducts inventory of documents for disposal of old files.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Auditor.
