QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training Four (4) hours of training on Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Eligibility RA 1080 (Licensed Civil Engineer)
Skills Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office; Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports; In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry; and Proficient in the use of CAD software

POSITION DESCRIPTION – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Estimates the quantity, costs of materials, and other bidding documents requirements.
  • Performs market study of construction materials.
  • Performs overall quality control of the work and report regularly on project status.
  • Monitors project progress and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Files and archives projects and office documents.
  • Performs other related tasks and duties.
