QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education: At least elementary graduate
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years' experience in props and venue design, coordinating event set-up and technical assistance in physical/live events, activities, and programs
Training Basic training in Lights, Audio and other technical training
Eligibility None required
Skills Can create stage design and props, Basic Welding and Carpentry Skills, Basic Interior and Outdoor Venue Decoration/Set-Up, Basic Audio and Light Operation; Can work under pressure with minimal supervision; willing to multitask; and work for extended hours (due to events)

Position Description – Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares venue design and props in accordance to the theme of each event, activity, and program.
  • In-charge of the set-up/ingress and egress of props and venue design.
  • Assists in the operation of audio and lights during the show and/ or activity proper.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the Rizal Park Open-Air Auditorium including, but not limited to the storage area for equipment and props.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
