Position Description
Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary):
Assists the Section Chief in the management and supervision on maintenance of park’s facilities including Building Structures, Electrical and Water System within the park’s premises.

25% | Assists the Section Chief in the general supervision of the Facilities Management Section’s personnel, projects and activities related to the maintenance, repair and operations of park and office facilities including electrical system, water system and building management. |
20% | Assists the Section Chief in the preparation of budget/ project proposals, correspondences, memoranda, reports and other documents of the Facilities Management Section. |
15% | Assists the Section Chief in the preparation and collation of documents related to the procurement requirements of the Facilities Management Section. |
15% | Assist the Section Chief in the preparation and crafting of proposals, designs, plans and layouts related to the Facilities Management Section. |
10% | Assists the Section Chief in the preparation, revision and updating of the process flows, procedures, registries, manuals and forms of the Facilities Management Section. |
5% | Assists the Section Chief in the providing technical assistance and support to internal and external clients of the Facilities Management Section. |
5% | Assists the Section Chief in the preparation of necessary procurement documents and billing requirements for the assigned outsourced service providers and monitors their compliance and performance. |
5% | Performs other related tasks and duties designated by the Section Chief. |
