Brief Description of the General Function of the Position (Job Summary):
Supervises the outputs of the Finance Division and recommend internal controls and monitorings.

10% | 1. Oversees Finance Division’s outputs and concerns |
10% | 2. Monitors budget proposal of the different Divisions subject for review of the Chief of Finance Division. |
10% | 3. Monitors compliances based on the performance standards and targets every year. |
10% | 4. Coordinates with other divisions/sections/units regarding their programs, activity and project (PAP) for update and status relative to funding and expenditure. |
10% | 5. Analyses Financial Statements and monthly books of accounts. |
10% | 6. Prepares correspondences in relation to the policy recommendations on financial and budget management. |
10% | 7. Reviews all documents for signature of the Chief of Finance Division. |
10% | 8. Recommends improvements to existing and/or introduces new systems and procedures related to financial matters. |
10% | 9. Monitors financial and administrative operations of the Finance Division. |
10% | 10. Acts for in behalf of the Chief of Finance Division in his/her absence. |
