Skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Encodes/updates/maintains the Property and Supply Database.
      • Processes transfer of properties; issuances of Property Acknowledgement Receipts and Inventory Custodian Slips.
      • Coordinates discrepancies with the initiating division/ section with regards to purchase request/job order request.
      • Conducts market study and prepares purchase request.
      • Maintains proper documentation of all the transactions Property and Supply Section.
      • Verifies date of delivery of items and follows-up undelivered items and informs suppliers regarding lacking deliveries or rejected items which need for replacement.
      • Respond to inquiries regarding requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, and pricing information etc.
      • Performs other related task as maybe assigned from time to time.
